The self-aligning ball bearing is a bearing equipped with spherical ball bearings between the inner ring of two raceways and the outer ring of a spherical raceway.
The center of curvature of the raceway surface of the outer ring is consistent with the center of the bearing, so it has the same aligning function as the automatic aligning ball bearing. When the shaft and shell are bent, it can be adjusted automatically without increasing the bearing burden. Self-aligning roller bearings can bear radial loads and axial loads in two directions. Large radial load capacity, suitable for heavy load, impact load. The inner diameter of the inner ring is the bearing with taper hole, which can be installed directly. Or the use of fixed sleeve, disassembly cylinder installed on the cylindrical shaft. The cage uses steel plate stamping cage, polyamide forming cage and copper alloy turning cage.
Self-aligning ball bearings have cylindrical holes and conical holes two kinds of structure, cage material has steel plate, synthetic resin and so on. The raceway of the outer ring is spherical and has automatic centering, which can compensate the errors caused by different concentricity and shaft deflection of the self-aligning ball bearing, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3 degrees.
It can bear large radial load and certain axial load at the same time. The raceway of the outer ring of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has self-aligning performance. When the axis is bent or tilted by force, the relative tilt of the center line of the inner ring and the center line of the outer ring does not exceed 1° ~ 2.5°, the bearing can still work.
Self-aligning ball bearing bore cylindrical and conical two kinds. The taper of the conical inner hole is 1:1-2 or 1:30. In order to enhance the lubrication performance of the bearing, annular oil groove and three oil holes are processed on the bearing outer ring.
