(1) Relevant dimensions tested with vernier calipers shall conform to relevant technical and drawing requirements.

(2) After the shaft sleeve is cooperated with the rotating shaft, the rotor is vertically downward, and the shaft sleeve will not slide freely under the action of dead weight.

3, heat resistance, aging resistance test

(1) After 125℃/1h ball pressure test, the indentation should be less than 2mm, and there is no deformation phenomenon by visual inspection.

(2) After putting the sample in the oven at 120℃/96 hours, there is no embrittlement and deformation of the bushing by visual inspection.

4. Fire resistance test

The flame retardant grade is VW-1, burning with alcohol lamp for 15S, should be extinguished within 15S.

5. Packaging and logo

(1) The packaging should be firm, reliable and safe to ensure that the products are not damaged in the process of transportation.

(2) The supplier code and name, product name, product quantity, material code, quality identification, production date, etc. shall be indicated on the package. The identification shall be clear and accurate, and there shall be no mixed packaging phenomenon.

(3) In order to increase product traceability, the production lot number is required to be prominently marked on the outer package. The batch number shall be indicated on the inspection certificate or the original record of the inspection (experiment).
