1) Remove flange bolts at inlet and outlet of the pump body, cooling water pump and pressure gauge pipeline.

(3) Remove the connecting bolt of the coupling and the bottom Angle bolt of the pump body.

 

(4) pull down the half coupling on the pump side with the puller, and the half coupling on the motor side remains stationary.

 

(5) the bolt of the pump shell and the pump cover is removed, the pump shell is removed, and the thickness of the sealing pad between the pump shell and the pump cover is measured and recorded.

 

(6) Use the corresponding sleeve to remove the impeller lock, and the direction of removal should be opposite to the direction of rotation of the pump.

 

(7) Use a small crowbar to pry out the impeller and remove the flat key.

 

(8) The gland of the driving end of the bearing box is removed.

 

(9) Gently knock the pump shaft with a copper rod from the non-driving end to bring the pump shaft and bearing out
