1, rotation is not flexible

2. There is an abnormal sound

 

If it is the uniform sound of steel ball rolling produced by the newly manufactured turntable bearing in idling, it is normal. But if the turntable bearing is accompanied by another abnormal, larger sound after installation, this phenomenon should be paid attention to! General abnormal sound may be caused by slight deformation of the slewing bearing, or the installation surface does not meet the installation requirements, and so on.

 

3, there is shaking

 

Shaking will also affect the normal use, so the shaking should also pay attention to the general shaking is caused by the loosening of the installation bolt, the steel structure supporting the turntable bearing is not rigid enough or is caused by overload operation.

 

4. Broken teeth

 

If there is a phenomenon of broken teeth that is more serious, may be quality reasons, may also be caused by improper installation, in addition, the size of the gear adjustment backlash, did not meet the requirements, the size of the gear axis is not parallel and so on will cause broken teeth.
