FREQUENT Q/A

How are the grades of bearings divided?

SINO BEARINGSJul 05, 2022
Bearing accuracy is mainly divided into dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy. The accuracy level has been standardized, divided into P0, P6, P5, P4, P2 five levels.

Accuracy increases from level 0, which is sufficient for general use, but requires level 5 or higher for special conditions or applications.

The standards developed by various countries are based on ISO standards, which are generally consistent with ISO and strictly stricter than ISO standards. Accuracy is divided into dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy. It is divided into grade 0, 6X, 6, 5, 4 and 2.

Chinese bearing old code standard is :G (class 0), E (class 6), D (class 5), C (class 4), B (class 2). The current code generally uses the German DIN standard.

P0 (class 0), P6 (class 6), P5 (class 5), P4 (class 4), AND P2 (class 2).

General standard grade P0, reflected in the bearing model is omitted, only P6 or above, grade code appears in the bearing model.
