The main reasons for the damage of the rear wheel bearing ar

:

The damage and rust of the parts, the entry of foreign bodies or the deflection of the rolling ladder will cause damage, and the acid liquid and moisture residue for a long time, will also cause the rust of the parts.

Poor lubrication, if the lubricant grease between the roller and the raceway is insufficient, the two will produce dry friction, resulting in abnormal sound of metal friction.

The distance problem. There is a suitable gap between the parts of the car and the parts, and when the distance between the roller body and the roller table is small, it is easy to friction and heat, causing bearing sintering.

The detection of automobile wheel bearings is not complicated.

The first step, with the lifting machine to lift the vehicle, so that the wheel suspension and release the handbrake;

The second step, when detecting the non-driving wheel, you can manually turn the wheel from slow to fast, and check whether the bearing has noise;

In the third step, when testing the driving wheels, start the vehicle and let the wheels run idle to check the bearings for additional noise.

There is also a special case that needs to be paid attention to. Some bearing faults can not be heard only by tire idling. The car must fall on the ground, so that the bearing can bear pressure, in order to make an accurate judgment.
