Assembly requirements for stainless steel oil seals?

Rotary shaft replacement stainless steel oil seal requirements: one. The surface roughness of the shaft is processed to the surface roughness ra0.2-0.63um, Rmax=0.8-2.5um according to the provisions of GB1801, and it is in contact with the stainless steel oil seal.
 
2. According to GB1801, the tolerance of shaft diameter shall not exceed H11.
3. The bevel width shall conform to gb13871-92.
 
Four. Surface hardness: carbon steel and alloy steel are preferred, and hardness is recommended to be higher than HRC45. When the medium is dirty, there are external pollutants or the axis speed ≥12m/s, the shaft surface hardness is HRC50-60, quenching layer depth ≥0.3mm.
The shaft chamfering is 30 degrees (*), and there is no burr, sharp Angle and screw processing trace on the chamfering. Chamfering surface roughness RA≤3.2um. It is necessary to polish and eliminate the carbide layer after heat treatment.
 
Special attention:
(1) the surface roughness of the shaft is too high, and the lip of the stainless steel oil seal is easy to wear and leak oil.
(2) the burr, sharp Angle and spiral processing marks at the chamfering will only scratch the lip of the stainless steel oil seal, forming the initial seal failure of the stainless steel oil seal.
(3) Avoid or reduce shaft damage, trachoma, equipment eccentricity, radial runout and other defects.
 
2, stainless steel oil seal equipment seat hole requirements:
one The aperture surface roughness shall conform to GB1301.
Ra3.2-6.3um was coated with adhesive, and RA0.8-3.2um was exposed as the skeleton.
2. According to GB1801, the tolerance of aperture shall not exceed H8.
 
3. Chamfering length according to GB13871-92, the minimum chamfering of seat hole is 15 degrees, *25 degrees, and the surface roughness of chamfering is the same as the shaft diameter.
 
Special attention:
The chamfering Angle of the hole is greater than 45 degrees or no chamfering. Due to the bite or scratch on the stainless steel oil seal, it is easy to cause the outer diameter of the stainless steel oil seal, the equipment tilt and the deformation of the stainless steel oil seal skeleton, which may cause oil leakage or oil leakage in the early stage of the stainless steel oil seal machine.
 
3. Equipment orientation requirements:
Check the stainless steel oil seal in front of the equipment. If the stainless steel oil seal is clean and intact, press the stainless steel oil seal. When installing stainless steel oil seal equipment for one-way return tubing, the arrow direction marked on the stainless steel oil seal must be consistent with the rotation direction of the shaft. Do not install backwards.
 
4, the protection of stainless steel oil seal main lip requirements:
one Stainless steel oil seal spline, keyway or hole through the shaft, should choose bullet type protective tooling.
 
2. The surface roughness of the warhead tooling Ramax does not exceed 3.2um, and scratches and burrs are not allowed.

Four. Stainless steel oil seal equipment should use uniform speed and pressure to prevent spring falling off
