If the oil or grease accumulates more in the bearing room, it is easy to enter the bearing interior along the shaft when the pump shaft is rotating. Bearing room is best not coated with oil or grease, if not coated, to control not to accumulate in the bearing room.

Paint rust is characteristic of multiple sealed motors. The sound of the motor was very good when it was assembled, but after some time in the warehouse, the abnormal sound of the motor became very large. However, serious rust occurred when the imported bearing connected with the pump shaft was removed. Many manufacturers used to think it was the problem of imported bearings, but now they have realized that it is mainly the problem of insulating paint. This problem is mainly due to the formation of corrosive substances in a certain temperature and humidity caused by the evaporation of acidic substances from the insulating paint, which corroded the bearing groove and led to bearing damage. To solve the problem can only be to choose good insulating paint and to assemble after a period of ventilation after drying.
3, shaft and bearing room tolerance selection and control
Pump shaft bearing pressed into the inlet bearing should be flexible rotation without blocking. If there is obvious rotation is not flexible, it indicates that the shaft size is too large, the tolerance should be lowered. If the pump shaft is pressed into the shaft with imported bearings by hand, there is a significant "rustling" feeling, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, it is necessary to control roundness when controlling tolerance of shaft and bearing room. Many domestic manufacturers only control tolerance without controlling roundness.
4. Assembly method of bearings
Because bearings are high-precision products, improper assembly of pump shaft is easy to cause damage to the bearing channel of pump shaft and lead to bearing damage. The bearing should have a special mold when assembling and can not be knocked at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can be stressed, and when pressing a large circle, only a large circle can be stressed. The assembly requires the use of air pressure or hydraulic pressure, in the pressing up and down to touch the horizontal state, such as tilt will lead to bearing groove damage due to force, and make the bearing ring
