1. The fatigue life of all ceramic bearings is 10-50 times longer than that of all steel bearings. The life of mixed ceramic bearings is about 3-5 times higher than that of all steel bearings. In terms of service life, ceramic bearings are far higher than metal bearings. 2. The friction coefficient of ceramic bearings is low, so the lubricating capacity of oil-lubricated ceramic bearings is not lower than the traditional lubricant commonly used by steel bearings in the case of lubricating oil thinning or lack; 3. The rigidity of ceramic bearings is greater than that of metal bearings, the elastic modulus of ceramic materials is high, and the rigidity is 15-20% greater than that of ordinary steel bearings. 4. Compared with metal bearings, ceramic bearings are more resistant to decay and abrasion. Because of the different materials of itself, the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of ceramic bearings are more excellent than that of metal bearings.
