Clean the bearing box seat hole, roll neck and gland with clean kerosene, and check whether there are burrs and protruding points in the contact parts with the bearing. If there are, abrasive cloth or polishing machine can be used to grind smooth. When checking the bearing box seat hole, in addition to checking whether the shape and size are out of tolerance, it is also necessary to check the corresponding position of the two outer rings installed in the load area to see whether there is an obvious boss between the two outer rings. If the size is out of tolerance and there is an obvious boss, it is recommended to replace the new bearing box.
